It came out kind of pretty, but the taste is bland. The bread is dry and has an unpleasant texture. I think I kneaded it too much and I know I didn't cover it while it rose. I need a bread knife. Croutons. This bread is crouton bread. Red lentil soup is on the menu for today and croutons go really well with that.
